At 35 the family should be founded, at 40 the career must have reached its peak.
…. and then comes Corona
and at 60 real life is over …
Is this true – or are we just putting ourselves under unnecessary time pressure?
Is the view of our life rhythms still appropriate or does it need to be corrected?
We are getting healthier and more vital in old age and yet we think we need to have achieved everything by 50.
Could it also be that at 40 I do a different kind of training and do this job with joy for another 30 years? Does our life correspond to a staircase or do we not rather experience many different phases of life?
A different inner attitude towards ourselves and our lives allows us to enjoy the phase we are in with serenity and contentment.
